| Classed as a lough, i would class it as a pond, It reknown for its tench, lots of roach/perch and sizeable bream in this water. In the summer months it is very weedy and is extremely difficult to fish the top end.The pegs are in disrepair therefore use caution before you select your peg. The pegs on the far side cannot be reached without driving a mile around the place, then tramping through a farmers field and climbing fences, which is not good!!. There has been alot of our Eastern European friends fishing here, so there might be not be too many fish left!! |
